This is a typical day in my life.
- Wake up.
- Subhanallah.
- Yawn, stretch, open my eyes.
- Alhamdulillah.
- Sit up, get outa bed, walk to the bathroom.
- Mashallah.
Stop right there.
Did I just wake up? Another day, another gift from Allah.
Did i just yawn, stretch, sit…
Oh Allah, if we are meant for each other in this world and the Hereafter, then bring us closer and help us to complete half our deen with ease and patience, and if we are not meant for one another, then guide us away and onto the paths You have chosen for us both.
Beneficial knowledge humbles a believer, the more he knows, the more he knows he doesn’t know.
